What comes with your slip.

Water, trash, restrooms and parking.
Dock lighting and access.
The ship store in the marina office, with fuel and service through the BCB team at Grandpappy Point.

Electricity is metered and billed separately where your slip has a meter. Boats that hang past the end of the slip may carry an overhang charge.

You’ll need boat insurance, with the marina named on it. Overnight stays aboard are fine; living aboard isn’t.
